As President of Management Recruiters of Madison an award-winning office, I bring a wealth of corporate recruiting management experience to the company. My accomplishments include, as both owner and producing manager, receiving the MR designation as Pacesetter annually since 1995.

Specializing in Engineering and Manufacturing in the Outdoor Sports, Fitness and Recreation Manufacturing Industries, my client companies manufacture motorcycles, bicycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, golf carts, fitness equipment and related products.

I founded Management Recruiters of Madison an executive search firm, on September 11, 1995, which is a 100% female-owned business. Business has been conducted throughout the U.S., Europe (Germany, The Netherlands and Ireland) and Taiwan.

My corporate recruiting career began at Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz of North America and Nissan Motor Corp. where I evaluated, created and implemented strateic sourcing, Internet, vendor management and college recruiting initiatives and has evolved to the executive search industry in 1995.

Earning an MBA and a BBA, with honors, provides clients with a solid resource for strategic management, compensation, benefits, and human resource development.

It is imperative to first fully and totally understand the client‘s needs and company culture and to then carefully and diligently match those needs with the needs, qualifications and style of the candidates.
